AVŞAR ATIK YÖNETİMİ GERİ KAZANIM PLASTİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. takes legal, technical and administrative measures to protect confidentiality during the processing, transfer, deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data and special categories of personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
This notice has been prepared to inform data subjects about the purposes for which personal data may be processed, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, data collection methods, legal grounds and data-subject rights.
Data Controller
Under Law No. 6698, personal data and special categories of personal data may be collected, processed and transferred by AVŞAR ATIK YÖNETİMİ GERİ KAZANIM PLASTİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. in its capacity as data controller, subject to the conditions set out in the law.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
Collected personal data may be processed to carry out the work necessary for users to benefit from products and services offered by the company, to develop and recommend products and services according to user needs and preferences, to ensure the legal and commercial security of the company and persons in business relations with it, and to determine and implement commercial and business strategies.
These data may be shared with business partners, suppliers, company officers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and authorized private persons in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Necessary security measures are applied in the event of data transfer.
Personal data are retained for the period prescribed by applicable legislation. Where no specific period is provided, data are retained for as long as necessary in light of the purpose of processing, company practices and commercial customs. Requests for deletion, destruction or anonymization are fulfilled within the periods set by law. During this process, data are not shared with third parties except where legally required.
Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Personal data may be obtained verbally, in writing or electronically. Data are collected so that the company can provide its products and services within the legal framework and fully perform obligations arising from contracts and law, and may be processed and transferred under the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Identity Information
Description: Data relating to the identification of an individual.
May be collected from: Job candidates, employees, customers, potential service recipients, platform users, business partners and visitors.
Content: Data used to identify a person, such as name, surname, gender, Turkish ID number, social security registration number, nationality, marital status, date and place of birth, passport number, driving licence number, vehicle registration information and copies of ID/driving licence/passport.
Purposes of collecting identity information
- Conducting HR processes for job candidates in relation to the position applied for.
- Fulfilling obligations relating to employees under labor, social security, tax and similar legislation.
- Providing customer support, fulfilling commercial and contractual obligations, and conducting advertising, marketing, audit and security processes.
- Fulfilling legal obligations concerning platform users.
- Ensuring building entry and exit security for visitors and managing potential future service relationships.
- Conducting commercial and legal processes concerning business partners, such as invoicing, support services, audits and joint business follow-up.
Legal basis: Obligations arising from applicable legislation, contractual relationships, the company's legitimate interests and company principles.
Collection method: Printed forms, internal electronic environments, common areas and electronic devices.
Contact Information
Description: Personal data enabling communication with the individual.
May be collected from: Job candidates, employees, customers, potential service recipients, platform users, business partners and visitors.
Content: Email address, residence and postal address, workplace address, workplace name and title, home/mobile/work phone numbers and other phone and fax numbers.
Purposes of collecting contact information
- Conducting human resources processes for job candidates.
- Fulfilling obligations concerning employees under labor, social security and tax legislation.
- Managing customer relations, support services, contractual and commercial obligations, advertising and marketing, audit and security processes.
- Fulfilling legal obligations relating to platform users.
- Ensuring visitor security and managing potential future service relationships.
- Conducting invoicing, support, audit, joint business follow-up and contractual obligations relating to business partners.
Legal basis: Legal obligations, contractual relationships, the company's legitimate interests and company principles.
Collection method: Printed forms, internal electronic environments, common areas and electronic devices.
Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the KVKK
When data subjects submit requests to the company, they are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the request is rejected, the reasoned rejection is sent to the address stated in the application by email or post. If a fee is prescribed by the Board, the applicable tariff may be charged.
Under the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data are being processed,
- Request information if personal data have been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data were transferred,
- Request deletion or destruction of data when the reasons for processing cease to exist and notification of this action to third parties,
- Object to a result arising against the person as a result of analysis solely by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data
These rights are provided by law.
Application Procedure and Contact
Under Article 13 of the KVKK, requests may be submitted to the company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. The application must include information identifying the applicant and explanations concerning the right to be exercised.
Applications may be submitted to the company in person with identity-verifying documents, through a notary public or by other methods provided under the KVKK. The company reserves the right to reject applications containing incorrect information or documents or submitted without authorization.
